I support creative and wellness businesses and leaders to create ease, clarity, and alignment through grounded support.
I am a nature enthusiast, devoted to living in connection and support of the land and elements. I am also passionate about supporting others in their connection with the elements. I am a shamanic practitioner, intuitive astrologer and mentor in my own business, as well as a business support and communications specialist.
I have a wealth of experience in HM Forces operational management, communication, teaching, as well as experience in nervous system, nature connection work, and workshop and retreat facilitation.
I have a sharp mind, and a profound ability to problem solve. I draw threads and see patterns, and furthermore, I am able to refine and translate them into practical solutions, communicatons and steps forward. This has supported me through being a manager and trainer of information technology in the Army, and has continued into my astrology work, forest school teaching and business support.
My analytical mind is greatly balanced with my warm, intuitive nature, where my gentle motivation is encouraging and inspiring to others, inviting people to feel grounded and empowered alongside me.
I work with creatives and intuitive leaders, hearing their vision, stories and what makes them feel alive. I am a thorough listener, in groups and one to one, as well as with nature and the elements, which informs my deeper, embodied way of living and working with the world.
Having built my own offerings, and supported others operationally, I understand the visible and invisible aspects of running meaningful businesses, from organisation and client care to the importance of aligned, creative vision, nervous system regulation and the participant or client experience and journey.
My intention with my work and collaborations, is always that we work together in bringing aliveness, creating ripples of compassionate change in the world, and that the earth is supported alongside our work.
