Cancellations for 1:1 sessions made within 48 hours of appointment will not receive a refund. In the event of an unavoidable emergency or illness, your payment can be applied to booking in for a future service as a credit/ voucher. I respectfully request proof for this, thank you. 

 

If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service or session, the cancellation policy applies.

Online courses are non-refundable.
