I came to experience the life-changing healing of shamanism and astrology over seven years ago after suffering for a number of years with unresolved trauma and depression.​

I offer a gentle and safe space to heal, discover, and uncover what your soul is calling you towards.

Shamanic Healing
Shamanic Healing, is energy medicine that lifts the heaviness from our lives, brings us closer to our higher destinies and helps us to find 'ayni' which means balance and harmony in our lives.
The shamanic tradition I have trained in and work with, is the Inca tradition, that of the Quero shamans of Peru. My medicine is held in my mesa or medicine bundle (seen in this image) and is made up of stones/ khuyas which are medicine stones of mine.

I offer my sessions online and in person, which can be done at my space in Norfolk, at your space or online via a call. Distance does not affect the healing.
